I was the primary and only investigator for this case. This extensive investigation involved a complex scene examination, numerous production orders, search warrants and over 40 interviews. I was able to secure a conviction against the tenant Russell McDougall who received a prison sentence of 7 years which was considered a new bench mark for Arson charges.
